Tailor made workout routines

This is the big one. The first thing that everybody wants when they come for coaching. Based on a few initial questions (and / or a movement screen, depending upon what package you have chosen), I will provide you with an exercise programme which is tailored to suit your lifestyle and goals. The programme will be updated every month to ensure continual progress is made.

Human bodies have evolved into an extremely efficient system and your body will not waste energy changing unless it feels its survival is dependant upon it. Providing more and more challenging exercises and/or increasing what you are lifting is exactly how we do this. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

This is not a one size fits all approach, my methods are customised to you and are simple to implement into your life, following my guidance to the letter will ensure you see change sooner rather than later!
