Diet Plans:-

This is the most important piece of the puzzle, you can live in the gym, but if your nutrition is not on point you will not succeed. Luckily (and I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this yet) your wonderful Coach is formerly a Very Fat man and he has spent nearly 20 years learning what does and doesn’t work when it comes to nutrition. Once this piece of the puzzle is fixed your results will come rapidly.

Your diet plans are updated monthly because as you make progress your body will require more or less nutrients to sustain itself and keep you making progress towards your dream physique.

Although I will provide you with a diet plan, it is not my goal to say “Here eat this” and leave you to it. I aim to educate you on food and eating correctly so you’re
never in doubt about how to eat again
